The conference agenda, titled ‘Roadmap for Sales & Marketing’, is designed to ensure sales and marketing teams understand what compliance under GDPR really means, what they need to do to get there and give them the tools to stay compliant going forward.

Anthony has over 25 years of experience as a commercial lawyer. He specialises in advising clients on outsourcing and IT and related areas including cloud computing, intellectual property, internet trade, data protection, data security and freedom of information.

He works for clients across the public and private sectors and his experience extends to wider commercial transactions including joint ventures, distribution arrangements, licensing and franchising.

Anthony has particular expertise in relation to data protection and privacy and regularly runs training sessions and seminars on the subject.

Recent engagements including a panel discussion on GDPR at Metric Stream’s GRC summit in November 2017 alongside Jonathan Bamford, the Head of Parliamentary Affairs at the ICO and Cameron Craig, HSBC’s Deputy General Counsel and Privacy Counsel, a recording of which can be found here.

Anthony Lee is ranked as a leading individual for his expertise in data protection and IT in Chambers UK and in the Who’s Who Legal: Data Privacy and Regulation.
