DMH Stallard acts for Aura Renewable Acquisitions Plc

DMH Stallard’s London office has acted for Aura Renewable Acquisitions Plc, which as of 8 April 2022 has been admitted to the Standard Segment of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, under the ticker ‘ARA’.
 
Aura Renewable Acquisitions Plc is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company, which will pursue opportunities to acquire businesses in the renewable energy sector. Aura Renewable Acquisitions Plc intends to consider opportunities within the renewable energy sector focusing on businesses operating in the global renewable energy sector supply chain, particularly participants in the wind, solar, biomass, hydropower and green hydrogen supply chain ranging from raw materials resourcing to power generation, energy storage and recycling.
 
The Admission price was 10p per ordinary share of £0.01 each, resulting in a market capitalisation of £1,050,000.
 
The DMH Stallard team, which was led by Nick Williams and included Nuria Ashmore Barrios and Amber Monaghan, took a lead advisory role in the listing, including preparing the prospectus and liaising with the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange.
