DMH Stallard acts for Leumi ABL on funding the MBO of System Hygienics Limited

DMH Stallard acted for Leumi ABL Limited, on its funding of the management buyout of System Hygienics Limited to a newly formed company, System Hygienics Holdings Limited.
System Hygienics is a leading UK supplier of specialist duct cleaning, and part of the Hotchkiss Group which manufactures, installs and services ventilation equipment in the UK and overseas.  System Hygienics has its head office in East Sussex, and a network of service teams across the UK.  
Leumi ABL Limited is an asset based lender that provides commercial funding facilities up to £30m. Its funding facilities supported the management buy-out of Systems Hygienics Limited, and will enable the business to continue to thrive and grow and under new ownership.
Abigail Owen, Corporate Partner at DMH Stallard, led the team acting for Leumi ABL to complete the deal within a pressing timescale.
