DMH Stallard advises on the purchase of Harbour Way Sports and Fitness Club located in Chichester

14 Aug 2020

DMH Stallard acted on the acquisition of family sports and fitness club, Harbour Way Country Club, located in the Chichester Harbour area.

The Harbour Way Country Club was first established in the early 1960s and was part of the then owners’ plan to replicate a favourite sporting place in Canada and provide the same type of facility in West Wittering. Over the decades, the Harbour Way Country Club has grown from strength to strength with additional facilities and upgrades. The Club is operated with the long established and successful ethos of running and providing a high quality family friendly Club and facilities.

The acquisition by Broomer Farm Investments Limited will drive further organic growth across the business.

Abigail Owen, Corporate Partner, and Jonathan Crook, Real Estate Partner, at DMH Stallard, acted on the acquisition.

Abigail said:
“Working with David and the team at Broomer Farm Investments on this transaction was a great pleasure.  Their drive and enthusiasm will help this historic club on the next stage of its development.”
