DMH Stallard advises on the sale of shares of executive search and talent recruitment company

15 Apr 2019

DMH Stallard acted for an individual seller on the sale of part of his shares in Miramar Global Holdings Limited to Chromium Holdings Limited and on the subsequent transaction, for the share exchange of his co-shareholder’s shares in Miramar Global Holdings Limited to Chromium Holdings Limited.

Miramar Global Holdings Limited and its trading subsidiary, Miramar Executive Search Limited, have been performing transparent, efficient and solution focused executive searches to meet the individual requirements of modern business since 2009. They have a strong track record in acquiring specialist skills for clients which is bolstered by their reputation of challenging the status quo in order to get tangible results.

Advising Guy Roberts, the selling shareholder, on the sale and reorganisation, DMH Stallard’s corporate partner, Abigail Owen, led the team which included corporate associate Kay Miles.

Commenting on the transaction, Guy Roberts said: “This was a significant transaction for the shareholders of the Miramar Group.  Abi and Kay pulled out all the stops to complete the deal in a very limited timescale; it was an intense period but their guidance and commercial understanding of what the parties wished to achieve and the relationship between them got us to the finish line with ease.”

Abigail Owen said: “It was a pleasure working with the shareholders of Miramar Group on this important transaction. We are pleased that we were able to deliver and assist in getting the desired result for all parties concerned. We wish the guys and the Miramar group every success for the future”.

Financial and taxation advice was provided by Stuart Noakes of MHA Carpenter Box LLP.
