DMH Stallard LLP, working with McMillan LLP as Canadian law and Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) adviser, has acted on behalf of Jiangxi Copper (Hong Kong) Investment Company Limited (Jiangxi) in relation to its US$31,000,000 investment in SolGold plc, the London and TSX-listed resources company focussed on the discovery, definition and development of world-class copper and gold deposits. Jiangxi subscribed for 155,000,000 ordinary shares in Solgold plc, which were listed on the Standard Segment of the Official List and admitted to trading on the London and Toronto markets on 13 December 2022.
