DMH Stallard welcomes new colleagues to city office

Following the recent merger with family law firm Brookman Solicitors, the DMH Stallard team gave their new colleagues a warm welcome to the firm this week.

Brookman Solicitors is regarded as one of London’s leading specialists in divorce, advising clients from the UK and internationally. The founder, Henry Brookman, moved from Australia to the UK in 1997. Over the last 20 years he has established a reputation as one of the foremost practitioners in family law in London. Henry’s expertise and experience is second to none and includes a particular speciality in handling custody and property settlement cases.

Talitha Brookman is a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 and possesses an enviable track record of attaining excellent financial settlements for clients. She has worked on a variety of complex cases for high net worth individuals and is known for her acumen in unravelling financial cases involving assets abroad.  Talitha has also advised clients on relocation and child abduction cases and non–molestation orders.

Aziz Malik has a growing international reputation after dealing with cases across numerous continents and jurisdictions. He is recommended by the Legal 500 and also highly regarded for his proficiency in divorce related financial matters.

Kevin Danagher advises clients on all legal aspects of relationship breakdown, separation and divorce, as well as pre and post nuptial agreements, same sex marriage and civil partnerships.

Jennifer Douglas advises clients in all aspects of family law, including high net worth financial proceedings, Children Act proceedings and  financial claims with international assets.

Gavin Yeung helps clients with a broad range of family matters including divorce, financial proceedings and international child abduction proceedings involving Hague Convention countries.   He deals with Children Act issues and has worked with QCs in complex child care matters involving non accidental injuries and serious allegations of harm.
