DMH Stallard welcomes new Insolvency Partner

Law firm DMH Stallard has announced that insolvency and business recovery specialist Oliver Jackson is joining as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution team.  He joins from Anthony Gold Solicitors and brings over 20 years’ experience advising commercial and private clients.

Oliver is a specialist in insolvency and business recovery and  advises directors, individuals,  security holders and investors on all aspects of insolvency, corporate recovery and reconstruction.

Richard Pollins, Managing Partner at DMH Stallard, said:

Oliver is also highly regarded for his work on contentious trusts and probate, advising on disputes concerning the validity of wills, the administration of estates, and inheritance disagreements where beneficiaries feel they have been unfairly treated.
