03 Dec 2021

Mark Diamond has joined DMH Stallard as an M&A partner based in Sussex.

The appointment marks the next stage of growth for DMH Stallard’s regional M&A practice, with Mark joining established partners Jonathan Grant, Helen Mead, Danos Athanasi and Abigail Owen. He qualified in 2009, initially with Bennett Griffin in Worthing, followed by seven years with PDT in Horsham, and more recently with asb law/Knights.

Jonathan Grant said:

“We are delighted Mark has joined our regional team.

“We have been incredibly busy over the last two years in Sussex and Surrey and with that momentum it is fantastic news for us and our clients to confirm the hire of someone of such high calibre.

“Mark has a great local reputation as a quality lawyer, has worked with strong local firms, and has excellent regional connections.”

Mark Diamond said:

“It is a very exciting time to join DMH Stallard. I will be working with an award winning and successful regional mergers and acquisition team that continue to deliver significant value to their clients. I look forward to helping the team continue the growth they have seen over the last few years”.
