DMH Stallard advised bespoke air charter business Hunt & Palmer Plc, on succession planning and the recent buy-back of its shares

Hunt & Palmer Plc are a bespoke private jet and commercial jet service business with a leading international group of companies and with their head office locally-based in the Gatwick area.

Abigail Owen, Corporate Partner, led the team at DMH Stallard, which included advising Hunt & Palmer Plc on their succession planning and buy-back of shares. As a result, a structure was agreed to enable the exit of one of the original founding shareholders and their family from the Hunt & Palmer group in an orderly and staged manner.

Commenting on the transaction, Abigail Owen said “Having acted for Hunt & Palmer for many years, we are delighted to assist them through this period of change involving the departure of a founding member. It was important for us to be mindful of the desires of all parties involved and in doing so enabled us to work with the parties to achieve a successful outcome that works for all involved.”
