DMH Stallard advises on the management buy-out of multi-award winning, Stelfox UK Ltd

DMH Stallard acted for the management team on their buy-out of Stelfox UK Ltd. The Company is part of an international group, with its head office based in Brighton, Sussex. The Group provide executive search consultancy, head hunting & recruitment and specialise in placing key people across leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, contract research organisations and start-ups. Stelfox UK Ltd was recently awarded The Queen’s Award 2016.

Abigail Owen, corporate partner at DMH Stallard, led the corporate law aspects of the transaction and Gwen Godfrey, partner & head of the banking team at DMH Stallard, led the  funding aspects of the transaction.

Commenting on the transaction, Abigail Owen said: “It was a pleasure working with the management team on this important transaction for them. The transaction was completed in a very short deadline of less than one week.
