DMH Stallard advises on the purchase of minority stake in Pelham Select Limited

13 Feb 2018

Leading law firm, DMH Stallard, has advised on the purchase of a minority stake in international search and selection business, Pelham Select Limited.

Founded in 2014 and with a head office in London, Pelham Select Limited is a boutique specialist search and selection firm specialising in niche sectors within financial services.

Abigail Owen, Corporate Partner at DMH Stallard, led the team advising the purchaser, Pelham Principal Holdings Limited, on its share acquisition.

Abigail said:

“There was a tight timescale for completing this deal but we were delighted to complete everything on time. Guy and his team were great to work with, being very commercial and responsive.”

Guy Roberts, a director of Pelham Principal Holdings Limited, said:

“Having Abigail Owen and the team at DMH Stallard on hand was immensely helpful.  They explained the process and legal requirements very clearly and in plain English, which helped the transaction progress smoothly and quickly.  This was particularly important for us as we were up against a tight timescale.”

The other advisers to Pelham Principal Holdings Limited were EMC Corporate Finance and accountants, Carpenter Box.
