DMH Stallard advises on the sale of locally based veterinary practice

08 Jun 2016

DMH Stallard acted for the individual sellers on the disposal of their successful multi-office veterinary care practice in East Sussex to one of the fastest growing veterinary groups in the UK.

The sellers have spent more than 20 years developing their veterinary business into a successful multi-practice providing veterinary treatment for pets in the area. The sellers will continue to provide support to ensure a continued success of the business.

The Sellers commented: “DMH Stallard provided excellent support and clear advice on what was an unknown process for us. Abigail Owen and her colleagues showed an unparalleled ability to quickly understand our business. They provided a commercial approach to the transaction, but at the same time protecting our interests throughout. They helped to cut through any legal jargon, making the process as smooth as it could be.”

Abigail Owen, partner from DMH Stallard who led the team commented: “This transaction was an extremely important one-off sale for our clients. We are delighted to help them through the process, and always try to make sure that it is as straightforward as possible for them.”
