DMH Stallard advises the Corona Corporate Solutions Group on acquisition central to growth plans

15 Apr 2015

DMH Stallard has recently advised the Corona Corporate Solutions group on a deal which was central to the implementation of their continued growth plans: the acquisition of Tring-based Falcon Document Solutions group.

Corona Corporate Solutions, one of the fastest growing dynamic digital solutions providers in the UK, supply, install and maintain MFDs, print management solutions and a full range of telecommunication products and services. The acquisition of the Falcon Document Solutions group adds to their capabilities a consolidated product and service portfolio which helps clients to improve efficiency, increase productivity and reduce costs.

Abigail Owen, Corporate Partner, who led the DMH Stallard team advising Corona Corporate Solutions on the transaction said of the deal:

At DMH Stallard we pride ourselves on making our client’s ambitions a reality. For Corona Corporate Solutions, we have helped them bring this deal to a successful completion in what was a very testing and tight timeframe, which everyone worked hard to meet. We are pleased to have assisted them in realising their growth plans.”

EMC Ltd provided corporate finance advice, and Newman Morris provided tax and accountancy advice, to Corona Corporate Solutions.
