DMH Stallard advises U.S. based Brandywine Communications Inc. on U.K. Acquistion

DMH Stallard has completed yet another acquisition, this time for U.S.-based company Brandywine Communications Inc. (‘Brandywine’) who have purchased the share capital of Essex-based Time and Frequency Solutions Ltd (‘TFS Ltd’) through a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary.

Brandywine offer superior time and frequency products to the aerospace, defence and telecommunications sectors from their headquarters in Tustin, California.

TFS Ltd, an English company, are also specialists in the design, manufacture and supply of time, frequency and synchronisation systems in the aerospace, defence, transportation, power and utilities sectors. They have a significant international footprint through their market share in both Europe and the Far East. The acquisition of TFS Ltd by Brandywine is the culmination of 20 years collaboration between the two companies and sees Brandywine well positioned for future growth.
