DMH Stallard acted for the sellers of Arundel-based Fellows International Limited in the sale of their bomb disposal company, which has been serving governments, industry and civil authorities world-wide for over 25 years. The purchaser, Optima Defence and Security Group Ltd, operates globally to protect individuals and communities against the threat or consequences of violence.
Fellows International Limited is recognised as the first British accredited, land and sub-sea commercial humanitarian bomb and mine location and disposal company. They clear land and seas of the unexploded relics of war, with minimum cost and maximum efficiency, without compromising safety. They work in partnership with clients to analyse a multitude of scenarios and create viable solutions. A large part of the company’s success is attributed to their continual investment in technology.
