DMH Stallard completes sale of Firefly’s rental arm to drive future hybrid systems development across all sectors

DMH Stallard advises on the sale of energy company Firefly’s event rental business, to specialist equipment and crane hire firm Hewden Stuart Limited.

Speaking about the acquisition, CEO and Founder of Firefly Andy Mead said “with more of Firefly’s hybrid power systems in the market place today than ever before, the acquisition allows us to focus on driving the hybrid proposition forward across all sectors. Having paved the way and proven the benefits for sustainable event power since 2007, we are now in a new phase of our journey. Firefly continues to design, manufacture and sell industry leading range of hybrid generators.
