DMH Stallard completes sale of residential and medical care home, Heatherdale Healthcare Limited

DMH Stallard advises on the sale of a regional specialist residential & medical care provider, Heatherdale Healthcare Limited, to a special purpose vehicle.

DMH Stallard recently acted for the individual owners of Heatherdale Healthcare Limited on the sale of their successful nursing & care home in Gillingham, Kent.

The sellers had spent 20 years building their care business providing essential care to the residents at Heatherdale Healthcare. The home provides residential, as well as medical care in Gillingham, Kent, for terminally ill patients, the elderly and others.

Specialist healthcare partner, Ralph Crane, led the property team along with corporate partner, Abigail Owen. Working together, leading their teams facilitate a smooth and successful completion of the sale of the Company, for all parties involved.

Acting for the buyer was Daniel Corker of Windles Solicitors Limited.
