DMH Stallard extends London real estate capability with two expert hires

10 Aug 2015

DMH Stallard has completed the lateral hires of Real Estate Partners Roger Yates and Miles Eckersley from law firm Carter Lemon Camerons. The partners will join the firm’s growing London real estate practice.

The double lateral hire means the firm has brought in six new partners in little under 12 months as the firm continues to grow. The lateral hires join seven other new partners operating out of the firm’s central Guildford office, following DMH Stallard's merger with AWB Partnership at the start of 2015.

Managing Partner, Richard Pollins commented:

The firm continues to invest in measured and strategic lateral hires as part of its sustainable growth strategy. We know this approach helps the firm strengthen its existing client base while also widening its reach to new businesses and private clients.“

These partners have more than 40 years experience between them: Roger has built up a practice in dealing with a wide range of complex, non-contentious commercial real estate transactions, and Miles specialises in major property development projects.

Both Roger and Miles act for housing associations, investors, sovereign entities, owners, house-builders, and other London private sector clients.

DMH Stallard’s Head of Real Estate, Tina George commented:

We are delighted to welcome Roger and Miles to the firm, and to see our London Real Estate team go from strength to strength. DMH Stallard is committed to delivering the full range of property related advisory services in London and will continue to grow the team.”
