DMH Stallard takes top property award

11 Mar 2020

The real estate team at DMH Stallard is celebrating picking up the title of Property Law Firm of the Year at the South East Property Awards 2020.

Representatives of every strand of the property industry in the south east were out in force at the awards event (Thursday February 27) to see the firm’s clear focus on the sector recognised.

The breadth of the services offered from all four offices of one of the most substantial property law firms in the region was acknowledged by the judges; they were particularly impressed with the firm’s technology platform which allows high volume work to be instructed, managed and reported, achieving efficiencies and containing costs.

Tina George leads the real estate team here at DMH Stallard and said that the award reflects the strength of the team, which spans the firm’s office network.

She said: “We are rightly proud of the recognition within the industry.  The expertise we have within the team ranges from housebuilding through to dispute resolution, planning, secured lending, property investment, construction, utilities and residential conveyancing; we can say, hand on heart, that we advise clients on the whole spectrum of commercial and residential property matters. And we do it very well.

“The award is testament to the scale and talent of the whole team that I’m privileged to work with.”
