DMH Stallard urges the Government to give due consideration to sentencing guidelines for copyright offences

Intellectual Property Associate, Joanna Potbury supports the Federation Against Software Theft (FAST) campaign for broader sentences to be available in copyright infringement cases. She is quoted in their press release as calling for sentences in copyright infringement cases to be equally serious as the offence.
