DMH Stallard welcomes "exceptional" new partner

25 Aug 2016

Mark Harden has joined DMH Stallard as a partner in the firm’s London office.

Mark joined from the London office of Thrings and specialises in corporate and commercial transactions with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and project finance and all manner of commercial agreements.

DMH Stallard now employs 300 people, including more than 60 partners, across offices in London, Gatwick, Guildford and Brighton.

Richard Pollins, Managing Partner of DMH Stallard, said:

Mark is an exceptional individual. We’re all delighted that he has joined our London operation.

His commercial experience and background in engineering makes him an obvious choice for advanced manufacturing and high tech companies, large and small, embarking upon corporate or commercial transactions.

Mark spent 10 years at The Marconi Company including two years in a commercial management role before he qualified as a solicitor. After leaving the industry and gaining his law degree, Mark completed his legal training and spent seven years at the magic circle firm, Linklaters. He then spent four years at Ernst & Young’s associated law firm. Mark has now been a partner for 12 years.

Mark has experience in a range of industry sectors including manufacturing, railways, aerospace, defence, telecommunications, leisure and financial services.

Mark said that it was an easy decision for him to join DMH Stallard:

DMH Stallard is a highly respected law firm with ambitious plans to grow over the coming years.

There is a strong synergy between my experience and the firm’s business sector focus and it was clear from an early stage that we have a shared vision as to how growth can be achieved.
