26 Jan 2017

DMH Stallard is delighted to be working with New Monks Farm development (a subsidiary of Brighton & Hove Albion), on a major project in Lancing. The proposed development includes plans for 600 homes, a new primary school, a 35,000m2 home furnishings store, a country park and a major new junction on the A27.

The development is part of the Albion’s £150m regeneration plans for New Monks Farm in Lancing. The home furnishings store will create 430 jobs, with the entire development estimated to generate a total of 875 new jobs for the Adur area.

Peter Rainier, Principal Director of Planning at planning consultants and law firm DMH Stallard, comments: “We’re thrilled to be working on this major project with the Albion, bringing jobs and homes to Sussex. It’s a superb proposed development and the planning and preparation have been years in the making. I’d encourage everyone in the local area to come and have a look at the plans at the public exhibition. A team will be on hand to help answer any questions.”
