Benjamin is a Solicitor in our Corporate team working out of our London office.
Having joined DMH Stallard in September 2022 from Dentons, his practice covers advice on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A transactions (asset and share sale and purchase, management buy-in and buy-out), joint venture and shareholder arrangements, venture capital transactions, corporate aspects of acquisition finance, and various aspects of corporate governance.
He has acted on matters for private companies, public companies, LLPs, banks, and private individuals.
Benjamin speaks English, German, Italian, French, and Spanish so he is able to assist with any cross-border transactions.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Benjamin studied the GDL at BPP (Waterloo) and the LPC at BPP (Cambridge), achieving Distinction in both.
