Charlotte is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team in London, having qualified into the team in 2018. Her previous experience within the firm covers Real Estate Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution and Commercial Property.
She has experience acting for commercial clients across a range of property litigation areas including landlord and tenant disputes, service charge disputes, party wall claims, dilapidations and nuisance claims. Charlotte also advises on commercial contract disputes and shareholder disputes.
Before joining DMH Stallard, Charlotte studied politics at the University of York and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.
Charlotte dealt with the buy-out of a chain of restaurants in London and the South East. She was also involved in growth capital work, with recent deals financing the acquisition of a domiciliary care provider in Oxford and the expansion of a London social ping pong club chain.
