Charlotte is a Paralegal in the London Dispute Resolution team primarily alongside Keith Pearlman. She supports the team on a broad range of commercial litigation including property, insolvency, company disputes. She also assisted on Landlord and Tenant matters including residential possession hearings and Lease renewals.
Charlotte obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction, graduating in 2012. She studied the Bar Professional Training Couse at BPP Law School in London.
During her studies, Charlotte worked at R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, in the Press, Policy and Public Affairs team, developing excellent knowledge of the insolvency and business recovery industry.
Charlotte has extensive experience from her work as a County Court Advocate, specialising in civil advocacy and representing clients at court hearings for residential possession; mortgage possession; possession from trespassers; and various interim court applications.
