Currently undertaking the Notarial Practice Course at University College London to qualify as a Notary Public, Isha joined the DMH Stallard team in August 2022.
Previously working for Taylor Rose, Isha handled her own caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing from verifying client ID, AML due diligence, drafting/approving contracts & transfers, raising and dealing with enquiries, reporting to clients on title, searches and mortgage and handling exchanges and completions.
Isha is constantly evolving high levels of client care and communication skills whilst interfacing daily with clients and solicitors.
Isha is a team player with a positive, enthusiastic, conscientious, and pro-active approach who supports the Real Estate team working on a variety of residential property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, and plot sales.
Isha has dealt with conveyancing matters since July 2020.
