Katie Moscatelli (nee Matthews) is a Solicitor who is part of the Brighton Real Estate department and advises on both commercial and residential property transactions.
Katie is experienced in handling residential sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
She also deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions including, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, the granting and assignment of commercial leases, including telecoms leases and property finance.
Katie acts for a broad range of clients including landlords, tenants and lenders.
Katie was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in December 2013.
Katie qualified as a solicitor in May 2015.
