As a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution department Kristine advises on and resolves a full range of contentious real estate disputes involving both residential and commercial property for both occupiers and owners through negotiation, mediation or litigation. She provides strategic advice to clients that include property developers, corporate entities, charities and not for profit organisations, local authorities and individuals.
Kristine’s wealth of expertise covers business tenancy renewals (opposed and unopposed), dilapidations, landlord and tenant disputes (service charge issues, arrears recovery, rent reviews, consents, forfeiture and possession), property insolvency, trespasser claims, adverse possession, boundary determination, easements (rights of way, drainage and rights of light), leasehold enfranchisement and restrictive covenants affecting freehold land (including applying to the Upper Tribunal for modification/discharge of covenants). She regularly deals with County Court, High Court and First Tier and Upper Tier Tribunal work and trials.
