Nuria is a third seat trainee, sitting with the Dispute Resolution team. Her previous seats include Real Estate and Real Estate Dispute Resolution.
During her time with the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, Nuria helped prepare for a Supreme Court hearing relating to business rates. Additionally, she closely worked with a London borough, often acting as the first point of contact with the client, offering advice and issuing proceedings on a range of complex housing matters.
Prior to that, when working with the Real Estate team, Nuria regularly drafted commercial leases, development agreements, and assisted with the sale of a property portfolio worth £36 million.
Prior to starting her training contract, Nuria studied law at King’s College London, graduating in 2017, and was the recipient of a Dickson Poon Scholarship throughout her degree. She completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, graduating in June 2018 with a Distinction.
Nuria supplemented her studies with a wide range of legal experience in both City and Regional firms in preparation for her training contract.
