Phillip is a Gatwick-based Senior Associate in the employment group. He works with a large number organizations ranging from international businesses, SMEs and charitable organisations as well as advising individuals. He provides focused and commercially minded advice regarding HR legal issues.
Phillip also assists clients with the Employment Tribunal process from receipt of claim to preparation of witness statements and provision of representation at Hearing.
Phillip regularly advises on the employee relations aspects of insolvency matters. Recent transactions include advising one of our large charity clients on the pre-pack acquisition of another charity.
