Saaliha is currently in her trainee seat in Family, London.
Saaliha joined the Dispute Resolution team as a paralegal in the London office in January 2020. She assisted partners Keith Pearlman and Magnus Jardine-Brown in a variety of cases ranging from landlord/tenant disputes and dilapidations claims, to commercial contract disputes and insolvency claims.
Saaliha completed her law degree and LLM LPC at the University of Law London Bloomsbury, undertaking electives in commercial dispute resolution, advanced real estate, employment law and private client law.
As part of her masters, Saaliha completed a research report on the extent to which legislation can resolve the problems caused by unfair practices in the leasehold market, which is a particular area of interest.
