Sarah advises on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and general corporate governance.

Sarah has experience working with clients across a broad range of industries including cyber security, film production, education and technology.

Her expertise encompasses group reorganizations, company buybacks, implementing Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) schemes, and navigating Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) applications, along with a range of general company law matters.

Sarah qualified as a Corporate Solicitor in August 2023.
