Tony is an employment Partner based in the Gatwick office. He joined DMH Stallard in 2017 upon the merger with Rawlison Butler, where was he was a partner and Head of Employment.
Tony has many years’ experience advising businesses, both nationally and internationally, on all aspects of employment law and people issues. Tony has a particular interest in equality and discrimination issues and is currently actively involved in the International Bar Association as Co-Chair of the Equality and Discrimination Committee, officer of the Global Employment Institute and advisory member of the Diversity Council. He speaks at conferences around the world on employment and discrimination issues and is the author of the chapter on Employment Law in England for the International Labour and Employment Compliance Handbook published by Wolters Kluwer.
He has contributed to reports on gender diversity in the legal profession and is currently contributing to a report for the ILO and IBA on the future of the workplace. A dual qualified solicitor and barrister, Tony’s particular expertise covers complex litigation and cases in the Employment Tribunal, discrimination, senior hires and exits, boardroom and partnership disputes, restrictive covenants, injunctions and team moves, business restructures and reorganisations. He also delivers a wide range of in-house training to businesses.
Tony qualified as a solicitor in 2000.
