Victoria is Solicitor in the Gatwick Dispute Resolution team and assists on a variety of cases involving music copyright infringement, the misuse of confidential information and the infringement of database rights. She has also assisted on a number of commercial litigation matters.
Victoria’s first seat was in the Gatwick real estate dispute resolution group where she assisted on the preparation of Section 5A notices, break notices and matters involving lease variations, as well as supporting clients such as the London Borough of Enfield and Kensington & Chelsea TMO in respect of substantial volumes of complex as well as routine housing litigation and related advice, in addition to transactional real estate matters involving both residential and commercial real estate.
Victoria’s second seat was in the Gatwick private client group where she dealt with both contentious and non-contentious matters, including the drafting of wills and the administration of estates, as well as assisting with several Court of Protection applications.
Victoria also completed a seat in the London construction team.
Victoria completed her Law degree at the University of Kent in Canterbury. She subsequently went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn.
Prior to joining DMH Stallard, Victoria worked in the litigation department at Simmons & Simmons for two years where she managed the production of large electronic disclosure exercises using the document review platform, Relativity. Victoria also worked at Allen & Overy where she managed and facilitated the disclosure of various high-profile cases. Prior to this she worked in the legal department at the Ministry of Defence where she ran casework files for over two years.
