DMH Stallard’s London office has acted for First Equity Limited on the IPO of First Class Metals PLC

DMH Stallard’s London office has acted for First Equity Limited, the broker, on the IPO of First Class Metals PLC. First Class Metals PLC was admitted on 29 July 2022 to the Standard Segment of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, under the ticker ‘FCM’.

First Class Metals PLC is a mineral exploration company with seven gold, base and battery metal exploration opportunities in Ontario, Canada, including the flagship North Hemlo project.

The IPO raised £1.13 million at 10p per ordinary share, with a market capitalisation of £6.56 million.

The DMH Stallard team, which was led by Chris Simmons and included Nuria Ashmore Barrios, advised First Equity Limited, the broker, on all aspects related to the listing and liaised with the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange.
