How (not) to lose an Employment Tribunal - part 3

In the final part of our mini-series, we focus on further ways of avoiding the risk of losing at an Employment Tribunal, including how best to prepare in the light of the myriad of changes to the Employment Tribunal process which have arisen as a result of Covid and lockdowns.

We also look at whether and how an employer might avoid a formal hearing altogether through the use of Judicial Mediation and/or Assessment.

Our speakers provide a combination of real life examples and practical tips based on our experience over the last nine months.
