With vantage, our aim is to provide you with all the benefits of having your own in-house employment lawyer - but without having to pay for one. It means whenever you need us to help you, whatever that help or assistance may be, you can do this without having to worry about hourly rates or escalating costs because all you pay is one annual fixed fee.
As you would expect, vantage is built around your needs and requirements, so you can choose what is included and what isn’t. Our popular service, vantage gold, includes a service called vantage updater which means you no longer have to worry about drafting contracts or policies or keeping them up to date because we do all that for you. Other options that you can choose to add to your service include:
- vantage HR: provides you with a qualified and experienced HR consultant who can spend time at your office on a regular or intermittent basis.
- vantage protect: provides you with peace of mind should the worst happen and you receive an employment tribunal claim. It means that we will take care of the claim for you without you having to worry about our costs of doing so.
- vantage in-house: you can opt to have one of our team based at your offices on a project basis, regular or intermittent basis.
