Development: We act for both commercial and residential developers, co-ordinating our experience with the skills of our planning and construction colleagues. We are used to dealing with options, conditional contracts, overage agreements, promotion agreements and pre-emption arrangements.
Investment: Our commercial property investment lawyers have a wealth of experience of buying, selling and managing let and multi-let buildings. Our residential property investments lawyers deal with extensions and leasehold enfranchisement.
Management: Our property solicitors appreciate the need for accurate portfolio management and deal with licences and work together with our dispute resolution colleagues in serving notices, tenant-default and legislative advisory work.

Sales: Our experienced team deals with all aspects of the sale of freehold and leasehold, and commercial, residential and mixed-use properties whether they are vacant, partly vacant or multi-tenanted.
