How our planning team work
In conjunction with our real estate specialists, we can provide multi-disciplinary advice and guidance for public authorities at all stages of the compulsory purchase process, from the drawing up of proposals and the drafting of the CPO to the successful acquisition and delivery of the scheme.
We can also advise land owners on the most advantageous strategy to adopt when faced with a compulsory purchase order.
We successfully represented clients in objections to the Olympic (Lower Lea Valley Olympic and Legacy) Compulsory Purchase Order, resulting in exclusion of the site from the proposed area to be acquired.
