Visiting our offices is strictly by appointment only
The safety and protection of our clients and colleagues has always been our top priority and as we adjust to the ‘new normal’ this is more important than ever.
Our teams are working both remotely and from our regional offices (when suitable in accordance with government guidelines); for the time being our London office will remain closed. Ideally, meetings should continue to take place virtually, but we recognise that sometimes we need to make an exception. Where there is no alternative, appointments must be made in advance.
In order to maintain a COVID-19 SAFE ENVIRONMENT, we are asking all visitors to adhere to the following protocols:
In advance of the meeting
We will send a questionnaire when your appointment is confirmed which must be completed by
everyone attending the meeting, and returned to us prior to your arrival at our offices. We need to know the names and contact details of every visitor, and so for the safety of all involved, we will not be able to admit anyone who has not submitted the completed questions in advance.
Please be aware that appointments can only last for the time agreed in advance with your lawyer so that we are able to clean our meeting rooms between appointments.
Keeping safe – only visit us if it is safe to do so
If you or anyone in your household have had a cold, flu or any symptoms of Coronavirus, please wait until 10 days have passed and you are symptom free before visiting us.
If you have been asked to self isolate or need to quarantine, please postpone your meeting and only visit us when it is safe to do so.
On arrival
We will ask you to confirm that the answers to the questions you submitted in advance of your visit remain the same. In addition, we ask that you please:
- Use the hand sanitisers provided on arrival and departure, maintain 2m social distancing and adhere to any signage/instructions eg one way directions, lift capacity restrictions, etc
- Wear a face mask for the duration of your visit.
Please be aware that we are not able to provide refreshments. You are of course welcome to bring your own (and take them with you when you leave).
Thank you in advance
