Visiting our offices is by appointment only
The safety and protection of our clients and colleagues has always been our top priority and as we adjust to the ‘new normal’ this is more important than ever.
Our people are now regularly working from home and you can email us and call us with all our usual contact details Remote working and flexibility are very much at the core of DMH Stallard's culture and the way we work. Although our offices are now open, we have put in place a number of safety measures to protect our staff and clients. It is therefore really important that you only attend any of our offices with a pre-arranged appointment. If you have any queries around this your usual DMH Stallard contact will be able to advise you how best to deal with your specific needs and situation.
In order to maintain a COVID-19 SAFE ENVIRONMENT, we are asking all visitors to adhere to the following protocols:
In advance of the meeting
We will send a questionnaire when your appointment is confirmed which must be completed by
everyone attending the meeting, and returned to us prior to your arrival at our offices. We need to know the names and contact details of every visitor, and so for the safety of all involved, we will not be able to admit anyone who has not submitted the completed questions in advance.
Please be aware that appointments can only last for the time agreed in advance with your lawyer so that we are able to clean our meeting rooms between appointments.
Only visit us if it is safe to do so
If you or anyone in your household have had a cold, flu or any symptoms of Coronavirus, please wait until 10 days have passed and you are symptom free before visiting us.
If you have been asked to self isolate or need to quarantine, please postpone your meeting and only visit us when it is safe to do so.
On arrival
We will ask you to confirm that the answers to the questions you submitted in advance of your visit remain the same. In addition, we ask that you please:
- Use the hand sanitisers provided on arrival and departure,
- Maintain 2m social distancing where possible and adhere to any signage/instructions eg one way directions, lift capacity restrictions, etc
- Wear face coverings in our offices. However, as we only see clients/visitors by prior agreement (and having already provided confirmation re our Covid-19 questions), you are not required to wear masks in the meeting room itself (but must when arriving and leaving). Clients/visitors and staff do of course have the option to wear a mask if they feel more comfortable
To limit the spread of the virus nothing should be shared physically between participants apart from paper to limit the chances of transmitting the virus. Meetings should also be held for the shortest possible time to limit contact.
Thank you for helping to keep us all safe
