You will work alongside the London Office Manager and the other Reception & Office Services Assistant,  with the wider Business Services team of 22 being based in our other offices.

We are seeking a Reception & Office Services Assistant to work as part of the Business Services team at our London office. You will report into the Office Manager.


The role will involve a mix of reception and office services responsibilities. The reception responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients as well as managing meeting room bookings and refreshments. The office services activities include tasks such as sorting/distributing post, ordering office supplies, and archiving/retrieving London records.



The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include: 


  • Previous reception or customer service experience required (and experience in an office services role is also desirable)
  • Legal experience desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective administrative skills including accurate record keeping
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A commitment to high levels of service and team working in a professional environment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work and hours worked
  • An appreciation of Health & Safety Act and DDA requirements is desirable
  • Comfortable with IT – setting up laptops for meetings etc (or willingness to be trained
