Catalina is a specialised lawyer advising on all aspects of private client law to assist high net worth individuals and families. She also enjoys working together with entrepreneurial clients, art administrators and trustees.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2016.
Catalina works primarily in our Brighton office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.

Advised on the division of agricultural assets and estate planning for a farming family who described themselves as “asset-rich and cash poor” and where “sweat equity” played a major role.
INHERITANCE TAX SAVING
Assisting a widow with domicile election and saving £512,000 inheritance tax.
WILL
Helping a family with their UK wills that had been accidentally revoked by subsequent Spanish wills which meant that years of careful planning of their UK estates (worth approximately £40 million) could have been lost.
