Julie is a Paralegal in the Real Estate Residential Conveyancing Group. She has experience in residential transactions including property sales, purchases and remortgages for both freehold and leasehold properties, the Help to Buy scheme and lease extensions. She joined the firm in 1986.

NEW BUILD FLAT SALE

Assisting on the sale of 33 new build flats, to include setting up the files, issuing the initial contract pack (the lease having already been drafted), issuing engrossments and dealing with apportioned completion statements.


LEASE EXTENSION

Assisting with 29 lease extensions in the same block, to include populating a previously agreed deed, obtaining lender’s consent where necessary, issuing engrossments and  dealing with completion and Land Registry registration formalities.
