Shannon also deals with refinances which often involve a portfolio of properties consisting of residential and commercial uses.
On the residential side, Shannon guides clients through their property sales and purchases, whether they are navigating the process for the first time or experienced investors expanding their portfolios.
Shannon’s experience extends to land development work and new build transactions.
Shannon ensures clients are kept informed and supported during the course of their transaction and aims to develop long-term client relationships for repeat instructions.

Many would argue this is not before time… we live in an increasingly globalised economy where national borders have lost a lot of their significance and many individuals work from place to place.
