Our focus is you
We handle the full spectrum of planning law matters, from planning applications and appeals to managing the legalities of large scale private and social housing developments. We are also experts on heritage and conservation matters and regularly advise individuals and groups of residents on planning enforcement and objections. We are often asked to advise on how recent regulations, such as water neutrality requirements for new developments might affect planning proposals. Our lawyers work alongside our in-house planning consultancy arm to provide a truly comprehensive service.
Our planning law solicitors have offices in London and across the South East including Gatwick and Crawley, Hassocks, Horsham, Brighton and Guildford.
Please note that visits to our office is by appointment only. If you wish to contact one of our planning law solicitors you can do via our online enquiry form or call on +44 (0)3333 231 580.
