Jonathan handles sales and purchases of commercial property (including by self-invested personal pension schemes), all transactional aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship (including leases and all supplemental documents) and property work connected to corporate deals.
Jonathan has a special interest in the charity aspects of property law and the rules which apply to acquisitions and disposals of charitable land.
Jonathan was recognised as a recommended lawyer in the latest Legal 500 2023 directory where it was noted that he “provides sound technical knowledge (and shows an engaging interest in the subject) and delivers outstanding service while being excellent value for money. Jonathan works primarily in our Gatwick office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
