Commercial property Partner experienced in sale and purchase, landlord and tenant, corporate transactions, and the charity aspects of property law.

Jonathan handles sales and purchases of commercial property (including by self-invested personal pension schemes), all transactional aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship (including leases and all supplemental documents) and property work connected to corporate deals.

Jonathan has a special interest in the charity aspects of property law and the rules which apply to acquisitions and disposals of charitable land.
