The Accounts department manages all the accounting and finance requirements of the firm in accordance with accounting, legal and regulatory obligations including compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules.

The department consists of a range of teams dealing with everything from client accounts, internal accounts, debt collection and billing.

The Human Resources team manage employee-related policies, recruitment, training and benefits. They facilitate the Firm’s compliance with employment law and assist with communication between managers and staff, together with professional and career development via Learning & Development.

The Information Technology Team provide secure, reliable, and integrated technology solutions in alignment with business and administrative goals, support planning for the effective and strategic use of emerging technologies, and assist with all practical delivery and use of technology across the Firm.

The Information Services & Client Compliance Team handle the Firm’s access to online resources, third party legal products and libraries, and File Opening matters including Client ID requirements and money laundering matters.  The Team is a vital part of the Firm’s Risk Management processes.

The Marketing and Business Development team are responsible for managing the Firm’s initiatives for growth, all public content including the website, blogs and our presence in legal directories. They manage hosted events, requests for proposals and panel applications, and the Firm’s branding strategy as a whole.

Our Office Services Team handle all practical business needs, from dealing with incoming and outgoing post, to car parking, office supplies, health and safety and office receptions.

The Risk and Compliance team ultimately handle the way in which the Firm’s operational risks are managed and our risk performance.  They further ensure our procedures comply with the SRA Code of Conduct for both Firms and Solicitors as well as Lexcel requirements.
