Abigail advises on a wide range of private client matters. She specialises in estate planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and business owners, focused on succession planning and asset protection.

She also advises on complex trust matters including unpicking historic trusts and advising on the tax position.

Abigail qualified as a Solicitor in October 2022 having trained at a top tier regional firm. She is currently undertaking her final STEP course in Taxation of Trusts and Estates to become TEP qualified. She has achieved distinctions in the Advanced Certificates for Administration of Estates, Administration of Trusts, and UK Tax for International clients.

Prior to her training contract, Abigail graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a First Class Honours in Law. She was awarded the Ruskin Prize as the top performing Law and Criminal Justice Department student. Abigail later completed the LPC and MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law achieving a distinction.

Abigail works primarily in our London office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
